How we work
Boo Downloader is a desktop application, and we try to behave like a company that sells one rather than a service that rents you access. That means a few concrete things: no advertising in the product, nothing bundled into the installer, no telemetry about what you download, and a lifetime licence that genuinely does not renew.
It also means we would rather tell you to use something else than sell you a poor fit. Our comparison pages each say plainly where the other tool is the better choice, and on macOS — where we have no build yet — we point people at the alternatives instead.
Support
Support goes to a person, not a queue. Licence problems, refunds and sites that have stopped working are the three things we hear about most, and all three are usually resolved the same day. The contact page is the fastest route.
