What happens when my subscription ends?
The app keeps working and drops back to the free plan — 1080p, ten downloads a day, two links per batch. Nothing you have already downloaded is touched, and your library stays exactly as it is.
Can I move my licence to a new PC?
Yes. Each licence covers one device at a time. Deactivate it on the old machine from Settings, or ask us and we will release it for you — we are not going to make you buy it twice because your laptop died.
Is the lifetime plan really lifetime?
It is a one-time payment that covers every future version of Boo Downloader, with no renewal. If we are ever unable to keep the product going, you keep the version you have — it is a desktop app, not a service that switches off.
Do you offer refunds?
14 days, no interrogation. Email us and we will send the money back.
Which payment methods do you take?
Card payments through our checkout. You will get a licence key by email the moment the payment clears.
